Being going here for years why because it's 5star ticks all the boxes! fresh hot fast food ! Spotless inside and staff are friendly helpful nothing to much trouble and they remember you very personable.

First time ever having a Wimpy and I must say it was amazing. As soon as I walked in I could see it was very clean, no food on the floor like you'd see in other fast food joints. I honestly thought it would be like McDonald's but it's the opposite. It is so much better than I thought it would be and it's more of a restaurant, serving the meal on a plate which I didn't expect but it's one of the things I really liked about it.
The waiter that served us was very friendly, excellent service. We ordered the smoky bbq burger and it was sooo nice, I could tell it was proper beef and the bun was nicely toasted too. I also had a chocolate milkshake and it was delicious, very thick as it should be. I was so full I couldn't even finish mine. No room for dessert unfortunately.
There is only one separate male & female toilet and a disabled toilet but they were very clean. We did visit late in the evening so it wasn't very busy.
It is a bit pricey if you're used to the other fast food joints but what I ordered was cheaper than five guys and it's what you'd pay if you went to a pub so not too bad really and I thought it was worth it.
It's a shame there aren't many around as I visited before heading to Thorpe Park cabins and where I live my nearest one is about 40mins away. I would definitely recommend coming here and I'll definitely go back, hopefully my nearest one is as good as this one and maybe next time I'll have room for dessert lol.

My sister and I went here for lunch and we had an amazing time. The burgers were amazing and the pancakes were also fantastic. We also ordered the BROWNIE SUNDAE which was nice as well as their Special Sauce.

Needed somewhere to eat that catered for a fussy 10 year old. Checked Google, it said Wimpy was open until 9pm. On arrival no one else inside, so I asked if we could eat in & it was a yes. Guy was lovely. Menus immediately on our table & drinks order taken. Vanilla thick milkshake was dreamy. We had chicken burger, chicken wrap both with salad in & a kids chicken strips with chips, onion rings & mozzarella sticks on the side to share. All delicious & took no time in arriving at the table. We also asked for a burger meal to take away once we'd finished & the guy said he cook it once we were on desserts rather than it sit cold for ages. Very accomodating. Ice cream & waffles for dessert. All yummy. So yummy I forgot photos! So in the end 4 meals (1 was takeaway), 2 desserts, 4 cold drinks was £55. But after a long day was happy to pay as food cooked for us was delicious. No where to park in Addlestone, lots of yellow lines, & already full small laybys, so had no choice but to park in nearby Tesco & walk a little. We were an hour or so in Wimpy & actually had to pop in Tesco after anyway.
Maybe the best branch of wimpy I've visited. The staff are cheerful and very attentive. I will definitely return to this classic burger branch.

I have previously used this Wimpy on rare occasions (not local) and always loved it.
Jeff always genuinely cares about his customers and you can see it in his interactions.
Yesterday, he was incredibly helpful in letting me know that when you order Collection through JustEat, you not only pay a service charge, but also the meals are higher priced. He advised me to always call them and place the order directly through them for collection - this would have saved me just over a tenner!
He’d actually tried to ring me after I’d placed the order to let me know so I could have saved the money, unfortunately I was at work but I am so grateful that he took the time to do this. It really is the extra mile.
Food was hot and still warm after the half an hour journey! I think other restaurants could learn some tricks from Jeff and his team here.
Really happy again with the service and food provided. It was all delicious!

5* fast food experience like it used to be.
A menu you can read at your table. Burger meal on a plate with real cutlery. Thickshake served in a tall glass. Don't get me wrong this is not like the current trend of gourmet burger bars it is more like a step back to a time before the fast food burger concept removed anything that needed washing and replaced it with plastic.

Great service and the cleanliness of both the restaurant and kitchen was impeccable. Food was very average, but this is more a wimpy issue than that of the staff.
Popped in prior to the cinema based on reviews. Not disappointed spotlessly clean restaurant with attentive staff. The food was very tasty. Freshly cooked to order so different experience to other fast food outlets. Bit pricier too but worth it for a pleasant meal.

This is the best Wimpy in the world....ever. Food so fresh and tasty. Service is impeccable. Better than "so called" fine dining establishments.
We love the Wimpy, the food is delicious and their thickshakes are the best! We came in to get a takeaway, the staff were so polite and helpful. The man put it into separate bags for us and he held the door for us on the way out, because we were carrying a lot of bags! Will definitely be back and will recommend!
