The staff made me welcome, and were professional.
It has to be stated, the environment in the almost deserted shopping centre made their efforts much appreciated.

Beans where cold on breakfast, but that's the only fault, I didn't complain cus we got free chocs, need stronger t-bags though, defo go again.
Large quality helpings very sensibly priced although the staff are very pleasant they could do with better training talk amongst themselves a little less and be a little more attentive butitd the third time I have been and I will go again

Nice place for a brew and a sit down whilst shopping or to go for some lunch. Not the cheapest but the staff are friendly and they have some awesome desserts.
