Best day of my life!!
My instructor Ash was super cool and such a good teacher, his confidence in me and clear instructions made flying the plane as easy as a video game.
He let me take control for almost all the time while answering my questions and pointing out cool landmarks on the ground.
Probably one of the best kept secrets in Essex. Great food and really friendly staff. To sit outside and watch the planes go by, whilst enjoying lunch and a drink on a sunny day....perfect !!
Our Son had a flying lesson. It is a very nice friendly place. The watching area is clean with a lovely cafe.
Amazing experience and highly recommended. Staff are just exceptionally professional and friendly, great communication and just a joyous experience to fly with Stapleford flight school. Pilot was very professional, great teacher and makes you feel comfortable. This is the place to go and experience an amazing day.

A review about the Clubhouse. Lovely food is a given but what makes this place so special, and why we keep coming back, is Michelle. What a lovely genuine person. Today I had Scottish Salmon and scrambled eggs and my son had a breakfast he makes up. Both were lovely and there were empty plates other than the bit of salad on mine. Will be going again soon. Tony

Great place to have some food and enjoy seeing some planes take off. Staff are friendly and prices are great aswell.Ive tried most of the Veggie options om the menu and portion sizes are good. Lovely outdoor seating area too to get close to the action and bask in some sun when we get some!
Amazing place, great instructors and good food.
Really pleasant place. Very pleasant stafd. Some people complain about the service, but these people need to bear in mind that we are in a pandemic and certain precautions need to be in place. What's a few minutes longer in the grand scheme of things? If you want 5 star cuisine then this isn't for you. But if you want a good breakfast, snack or simple but well prepared meal then this is the place for you. It's lovely to sit outside and watch the planes take off and land. In the Summer it's beautiful. In the Winter there is the warmth of the clubhouse depending on the government restrictions.

Anyway, the pilot on my flying lesson, Zia, deserves 5 stars plus. He was very nice. If you ever go for a flying lesson, ask for him.
Nice place to come with little ones who are passionate about pilots, planes and aircrafts. Nice view from club canteen.

Friendly welcoming flying club. Courteous staff and Harvey is a great instructor. Took his time, showed me how to fly with safety in mind and made the whole flying experience enjoying & fulfilling. Welldone to all - even the Clubhouse coffee abd food was lovely. Thanks. Nitesh.
Very friendly and professional, excellent place for a first time flying experience!
I'm not a pilot but I received a voucher for a trial flying lesson as a birthday present. The staff were friendly and the gentleman who flew the plane who's name was Sam was very patient and attentive and a wonderful teacher. I think the lesson ran for longer than the allotted time and he allowed me to try a few different manoeuvres and take control of the plane whenever possible. All in all if anyone would like to spend some time in a cockpit and learn a bit about how planes work I highly recommend this experience and Sam in particular is very good at his job.
