Best brownies ever, so rich and fudgy. Honestly I've been having them for over a year now and the quality is second to none. They have a really good variety and halal options too. Only disappointing is they keep having these discounts on tiktok shop so I end up spending all my money 😆 anyways alana does a great job when it comes to the service and quality of her products. I hope one day these are available to purchase in supermarkets in London for those late midnight emergency cravings.
Good sweet treats in a pleasant location on the sea front. A little bit out of the way so you need to go slightly out of town to find them. The member of staff serving was pleasant and good humoured. Prices are slightly high, but similar to coffee shops.
Ordered twice now online and got the mixed box and the Easter themed box, delivered very quickly and no issues. I really like how each item is a very good size and individually wrapped and has good ‘eat by’ dates so the first box lasted us a week and the second was ordered as a birthday gift and was very well received! Would definitely order again.

We love our coffee at "Alanas", cakes are always delicious, today we tried the fries and they are good as well. The only problem is the waiting time for the drinks. I don't know why the team didn't manage to sort this out after so many months of working. I pay for my stuff, the cakes are handed immediately but than I have to go and wait by sitting area for my drinks. To be honest sometimes it takes ages. Today I was given my fries and waited almost 10min for my 2 americano coffees. There was a few people waiting in the line and few customers already "served" and waiting for their orders to be completed. I just don't get it why only 2 of the girls were "working", preparing drinks and food. There was another employee on duty, why not come and help at "the front" to run it quicker and more smoothly at busier times. This is not "one off". We've been drinking coffee there regularly since they open last year. We also been lucky enough to visit the new Llandudno spot already and the situation was very similar. Cakes great as always and handed by the till but than coffee collection at the other end of the building and waiting for coffee. I know they are still learning but something needs to be done. Waiting time is just "ridiculous" but coffee and cakes are reallllllly good!

Came across on tiktok live, loved the atmosphere so purchased a 9 slice mystery mix. I watched my order be packed and 2 days later it arrived (I ordered in the evening on a weekend). I received a great variety of brownies, tiffins, rocky roads all different flavours. Utterly amazing every single one of them. I was so pleased that I have just ordered a 15 slice mystery box aswell. Keep up the great work you amazing lot!!!
The cakes are absolutely gorgeous, mouth watering 🤤 the staff are amazing too very friendly definitely worth the 5 stars if I was recommend brownies to buy id recommend these guys in a heart beat plus deliveries are super quick so you shouldn't have to worry about transit
Outstanding products made with good quality ingredients. Best brownies I have eaten. Placed my second order of 15 slices. Arrived 48 hours later. Will see how long these last. The first box only lasted 5 days. Will certainly buy again and I have recommended to friends.
Bought the mystery cake mix multiple times for delivery now and I think they're unreal! Such a good selection and always so tasty especially after a 15 second microwave! I also left a comment with my preferences and these were fulfilled so I'm a very happy repeat customer 😊

Had a muscovado latte which was as deep and rich as it sounds but not in any way sickly. Also a big box of their parmesan and truffle fries. The chips were big crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. They were also tossed in the topping rather than a thin layer on top, which all to quickly goes.
My girlfriend had a biscof caramel dome which was worth the calories. Its the sought of place that makes you glad you came and you know you'll be back. Hmmmm..... its been 2 hrs may be I've earned a cake.
I ordered the Limited Edition: Christmas Specials box and the bakes tasted great.
The only thing that would've been better is if there was less plastic wrapping. I don't think each brownie/cake needed a plastic wrapper. Also I ordered a mystery box and I loved the range of items but it would be great if the items were labelled, so I can order individually next time
