Food was as expected, quick easy food on the go. Service was slow, staff seemed to be working in chaos, clearing orders from the screens before they'd appeared on the counter, possibly trying to fool the system and keep up.
But would still go back and dine again.
The best McDonald's around,food was hot a fresh the server polite and attentive. BUT big shout out to the guy at around 2 pm who was cleaning he deserves a award. Without asking he bought our dogs lovely fresh water in a clean bowl. Never had that sort of service for them in the past.
Only stopped for coffee which was excellent value. Place very busy but no soap in the ladies which I brought to the attendants notice. Everything ordered via a touch screen- got there eventually! Able to sit outside with our dog.
We've been to this particular McDonald's several times and it's always busy. It's a relatively small branch with a small car park but the service is always great, friendly and fast. Just feels like the whole site is too small for how popular it is.

Very busy place, drive through can extend far on the road and occasionally they forget some of your order.
Often out of things, such as Mc Flurries and Milkshakes.
Enjoyed our food no complaints.
5 stars though for the staff, particularly Carlos & James, superb the way James gives Carlos his dignity and accommodates Carlos. Carlos has a learning disability and was getting excited at the old school rally cars hoing by, as I was, great interaction between the two. Loved it well done Mcds.
I was a manager for an LD service.
The staff were extremely welcoming and smiling which makes a nice change to the others I’ve been to. The food was hot and freshly cooked. Well done Aberystwyth
Quite good. Got 3 chicken selects and medium fries with a drink of Fanta. The best thing was that the sauces were free! They usually aren’t free around my local area, so I was surprised.
We stopped there just before driving back to Liverpool. The drive through was busy, so my son went in for food. He enjoyed his wrap.
Unusual to find a McDonalds with staff who are so nice, helpful and care. Visit Bank Holiday Monday and was genuinely taken back by at least three of staff who came over so helpful. I sat outside to eat and when finish was heading for the bin when a meme er of staff offer to take my rubbish from me. When I thanked him, he replied you are welcome! It’s so good to see people in this industry wanting to make our visit enjoyable. Well done team!
