Like most people we like a good Indian. However, tonight’s meal wasn’t just good; it was absolutely bloody incredible! The smell, the colour, the taste, the flavours, all absolutely incredible. Compliments to the chef & to the lovely attentive staff front of house. You were all incredible. Well done!

I cannot praise or recommend the Light of Asia highly enough. we have eaten here for many years & watched t it grow better & better. We enjoyed yet another first class meal last Friday. The staff were welcoming & friendly as well as being highly efficient & attentive as always.
The food was excellent as expected & the menu superb. Their chef has special recommendations which are mouthwatering gorgeous & a real must try & for those who prefer to order `what they know` there is a very extensive menu with 1st class choices available.
As always there was a relaxed atmosphere both by customers & staff even though the restaurant was justifiably very busy & no one had to wait long for their mouthwatering meal. Can`t wait for your next visit& I`m sure after reading this you will be there before we next go. Enjoy..
Been coming here for years, never been disappointed. Tonight was no different, but thought I'd mention how particularly attentive the staff were. We had a baby with us out for her first visit to an Indian restaurant and she happens to be dairy intolerant. It was no problem for the staff to answer any questions as far as what was safe for, and in the end they even made a small mild chicken Bhuna for her.
And I had, yet again, one of the finest creations I've tasted. I don't know quite how they manage to make a dish so fiery hot, but that still has a whole load of flavours and doesn't leave you feeling like you've had taste buds permanently damaged. Brilliant. Still the best in Aber :-)

Don't usually write reviews but this is one of the best curries I have ever had - so reasonable for money; starter, main, side dish and rice all for £10! Best curry place in aber!

Oh my…this was everything. Food, atmosphere, service, price. Top notch. We had the Rogan Josh curry cooked to our liking (very very mild), and one of the chef’s specials - the sea bass which was packed with flavour and very satisfying. The only slight note is it takes a while but that’s because they prepare everything on demand and it’s fresh. So have a drink while you wait, immerse yourself in the space and you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!
This is by far one of the best restaurants to eat in town. Fantastic food, great value fantastic service. Look forward to next visit when come on holiday

Me and my friends have been coming here since the end of the 70s, although management has changed over the years the food has always and still is of a very good quality , the staff also have , over the years been helpful and polite . If you want a meal here be sure to book well in advance especially if it's for the weekend. Keep up the good work 👏

Having been here twice before we were looking forward to this visit, booked in for 7pm and eventually got the food at 8pm. I'll try elsewhere on my next visit to Aberystwyth.
