Called in for breakfast on the way to the station before a 4 hour journey home. What a quirky little place! Excellent service from the young girl serving (didn't get her name :( ). It's very clean and tidy and has a huge menu to choose from. We just had a half breakfast and a bacon sandwich. The food was lovely. None of this processed rubbish from wholesalers. Decent, thick bacon, tasty free range eggs and fresh bread. The sausage was so good! I know where I'm going the next time I'm in Aber!

An amazing find, the menu is huge and has so many options of all different types of food and drink. Portion sizes are huge and definitely worth your money. Staff are so welcoming and kind. They offered a water bowl for our dog. Would definitely recommend and revisit. A gem!

Busy cafe but managed to get a table for breakfast, but filled up quick. We were asked what we wanted to drink before having chance to look at the menu, so ordered a Latte and Flat white. But it wasn't until looking at the breakfast options discovered that we could of got a free drink, although it was instant coffee we would of chosen that. The waiter did say we could have it after, but didn't bother once finished the food. So a bit disappointed that it wasn't advised. Breakfast was nice, English was better than the American, so would definitely chose English next time. Very popular and the milkshakes look good. So would try one on next visit.

A great place for a quick snack. The staff seem to always be having a really good day which makes such a pleasant change these days. We had a full English breakfast which was great although they do do vegan options too.

Sophie’s is a stalwart of Aberystwyth. They’ve been serving the most delicious breakfast/brunch at incredible value since I first studied in Aber back in 2012-15. The queues on a weekend are a testament to how good they are, so make sure you arrive not long after opening time if you want a seat, or try later in the afternoon when they also offer delicious burgers and hot dogs

I visit Sophie's every time I go to Aberystwyth and have been going since I was a student at the university. The food here is always amazing, but I have to give a special shout-out to their amazing special iced latte. The scoop of mocha ice cream makes it so delicious!

Came to aberystwyth to see family, and ate here twice, it's lovely. Staff are super friendly and attentive, food is beautiful. The options for vegetarians are fantastic, as are the breakfasts. Every meal sounds tempting. I'm really pleased we found such a cosy gem, and we'll definitely be back ordering again.

It wouldn’t be a trip to Aberystwyth without breakfast at Sophie’s! We’ve been coming here for 7 years and have never been dissatisfied. A favourite of locals and students alike. Great reasonably priced breakfasts, with plenty of variety. Excellent coffee and hot chocolate options too.
