Came here yesterday for a wonder with my boyfriend and bought some sausages, so much choice and some other lovely customers were giving us their opinions, bought some wild boar and pork and black pudding, they are so big and don’t shrink when cooking that we could only manage 1 each. Quite pricey, however, the size and the quality of them is like nothing I’ve every had before. Excellent butcher! Would definitely recommend

The best sausages ever ! I've been eating Rawlings sausages for almost 12 years and, despite numerous efforts to match or better them, I've failed. The sheer assortment and quality is breathtaking. The sausages aren't the cheapest but they are the best. For 10 years I used to drive from Chepstow to buy them; I now drive from south Devon (Dartmoor) and always spend between £30 - £40 a visit. Sausages aside, all other produce in Rawlings is super. I've had most things from here in my time but, even in Devon, I can't live without their bangers. And no, I'm not being paid to write this.
We have been using Rawlings for many years for our sausages. Living in the South of England we can only stock the freezer when in Wales. Great choices traditional and more exotic.

All there fresh joints of meat, sausages and cooked meats are excellent and all good quality.Never had any duff products. Every time we visit Abergavenny we pay a visit to Rawlings. We live in Kent.
