Lovely little coffee shop in the heart of Abergavenny. The coffee was really good which I was pleasantly surprised by!
Seating area is available downstairs as well as on the 1st floor and the toilet is on the 2nd. It’s been decorated very well and you can tell it was well thought out!
Only thing I will say is there isn’t that much variety of food. They have a few cakes and sandwiches to choose from which they will warm up for you. It looks quite trendy so it would definitely benefit from some hot food.

Without doubt - best toasties I've ever had in my life!
May sound extreme, but the toasted bread was lightly crispy and filling was delicious. The lamb pasty was yummy, too.
Highly recommend!
My favourite coffee shop in Abergavenny. Plenty of table over 2 stories and usually quiet and friendly. Ideal, for some quick work on your laptop ad they have good WiFi. Nothing special about the food, but lovely coffee. Highly recommended
The best Latte & flat white we ever had in town. Over all very nice coffee. Thursday Afternoon
Stopped by for dessert and found one of the best vegan cakes that I have ever eaten! The Jaffa chocolate cake, everybody should try it. They also have plant based milks. The staff were super friendly with us and the café is dog friendly too.
Great coffee and cake, lovely staff, a good find.☕️🍰

Amazing service and fab lil shop but didn't find much sweet snack to munch on, might have been late in the day but was gutted!
Their toasties had all but sold out when I got there at about 3pm, whether because they didn't make many or they are just very popular I'm not sure. I'm pretty certain it's the latter. The ham and tomato one I had was nice which lends weight to my theory that they are popular. Their lemon and blueberry cake ... well let's just say it was worth the motorbike ride from Hereford to there on it's own.
Toastie and a cuppa. First visit and enjoyed. Plenty of seating upstairs.
Came in today with my Father for a coffee and a cake. Friendly staff and good coffee. Will come back. A 'Dogs Welcome' sign next to the door was a nice touch, had the dog with me so made our mind up to come in.
Nice drinks and food menu, with outdoor seating and good service. Costa coffee just a few doors down, asked for identification when buying a coffee, very unusual, therefore we left the premises and had a great coffee at the Gaff.
We had a mocha and a hot chocolate with an Abergavenny pastry which was delicious. Courteous and prompt service. All very nice
Lovely cup of coffee, a few different toasties on offer as well a selection of cakes and cookies. Would recommend .
Great coffee friendly staff
