This place is amazing. The food was authentic and delicious. The decor and atmosphere was fabulous and the staff were attentive and so friendly we felt like family. I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough.
The food was mouthwatering.... it smelt so good that we nearly forgot to snap it. The service was above and beyond and I will happily do a 3 hour drive just to eat there again... we arrived late after a hike, but we were greeted and seated with a warm welcome and a smile. The chef special is amazing!
It's a beautiful Turkish restaurant. I ordered Pan seared Prawns with veggies. The aroma of the sauce was amazing of the deepening roasted effect , little bit oily but definitely interesting. It was served with soft breads with olives and sauce. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The decor inside the restaurant was beautiful . They do have neat bathrooms with aromatic soapy lotion too! Overall an amazing place. Loved it!
The food was exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was surprised by how good the bread was. I honestly could have had just that and the babaganoush as a meal. The waiters were friendly and helpful. The decor was really beautiful with 3D murals of beautiful scenery and landmarks across Wales which I thought was a lovely touch. There is roadside parking along the street outside.
Having lived in Turkey for many years it is wonderful to have found somewhere that serves real Turkish food close to home.
The staff are all welcoming, caring and wonderful with the children. We have visited for Birthdays and again staff have made the event special.
Don't hesitate to treat yourself and pay a visit, you won't be disappointed.
Absolutely incredible all around. Best food I've had in Wales thus far, by a mile. Not to mention, the owner and staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Received a lovely Turkish tea and baklava on the house, out of the kindness of their heart. One of the highlights of my trip to the UK.
First impressions were excellent - very nice decor and so clean! There was an open view to the kitchen which I always think is impressive as there's nowhere to hide!
Staff were very professional and friendly, leaving the perfect amount of time between seating, drinks and food ordering. We were served complimentary bread, dips and olives while we waited for our mains - which when they arrived were delicious and plentiful. Also very reasonably priced at £24 for a chicken sharing platter for 2 (so much so that we couldn't finish it so our very lovely waitress offered to box up our leftovers to take with us).
And if there's any ladies out there that like me, would change an entire review if the toilets were rank need not worry.... They were spotless!
I would highly recommend that if you are visiting Abergavenny to drop and enjoy this fantastic place!
Absolutely stunning restaurant. Friendly staff, manager was very helpful with choosing vegan food for me. Beautiful flavours and left feeling very happy and content. Thank you 🌱
Healthy, delicious and fresh. Lovely decor and atmosphere, great attentive staff. A little pricey but well worth it for the quality.
