Great food and kind owners. All food were amazingly great! Especially calamari was a big surprise. I would visit the area just to visit this pub again.
Best pub in Abergavenny. Have been many times and it is always a delight. We have dined there on many occasions and the food is always incredible. Lovely beer garden out the back for those sunny days and a nice warm restaurant and pub for those cold wintery days. What more could you ask for?
5 adults for Sunday lunch, all ordered beef. 2 of our group ate their, however 3 full dinners were not eaten. It came with beef which was raw chewy unable to cut.3 roast potatoes two spears of broccoli and a orange purée which was stone cold. The lady brought a small dish for 5 persons cauliflower
Excellent refurbishment of a local bar and restaurant. Family (and friendly dog friendly) with fantastic food, on site parking and seating, plus a superb rear garden. Friendly staff and locals. Recommended :O)
