Great food at very reasonable prices. Staff are attentive without being pushy and atmosphere is perfect. I especially recommend the Italian sausage and beans. Superb!

This is the favourite restaurant for me and my family. The atmosphere is warm, the service is friendly, the care for the children is great, and obviously the food is good too. Everything is fresh and made in front of you. It's run by a family who live in the town. The ONLY downside is that it's usually busy so I advise booking your table.

Great find. Was on our way to Llandrindod Wells and stopped off for lunch. Food was great. Loved the Panella starter, classic Sicilian nibbles. Pannacotta excellent brilliant combination of rhubarb and ginger.

Stumbled on this gem of a restaurant when looking for Gaff (future visit planned), and what a find it is. Fabulous authentic Italian homemade food, so many delicious choices. Will definitely revisit. I always guage the credentials of a great restaurant on the calamari, it has to be prepped correctly (for me no elastic, if you've eaten calamari and experienced this you'll know exactly what I mean) the calamari here melted like butter and the prawns were absolutely amazing. The food is worthy of the 5 star rating as are the friendly family that run it. If you want a real treat where all the family can find something delicious to eat and drink, look no further.
Nice family run pizza place near the market in Abergavenny. The starters were excellent, we had the fried courgette and the seafood platter. The pizzas were nice but didn't blow my mind unfortunately. We also chose the frangelico semifredo for pudding which we weren't crazy about which is a Shame because we love frangelico! Everything is clearly homemade though and you can see it being made in front of you due to the open kitchen which is lovely.
Overall I don't think I would come back but I would recommend to anyone who wants an authentic home cooked meal with friendly service!

Love this restaurant. It just never lets us down. Another birthday and another lovely meal. Having walked in the Brecon Beacons all day they didn't bat an eyelid at our walking gear. Maybe they knew that we'd be hungry 😁.

Best pizza in town bar none. Tucked away and unassuming is this little authentic Italian number. Smallish but perfectly adequate menu supplemented by a daily specials board it offers excellent quality Italian fare without breaking the bank. Has a good wine list with a nicely quaffable house wine. In short, top of the range & I'll be back for more soon.
Lovely pizza with crispy crust, the risotto and pasta are very good! The staffs are all very nice and friendly. We went to the resterant twice in a roll. Will definitely come back if I go to Abergavenny again.
Very nice food / experience. Can easily recommend but I would suggest booking. Parking after 6pm is free close by.

A popular, friendly Italian restaurant with a good choice of pasta, pizza and special dishes. The service was efficient and our large party enjoyed our meals.
The only slight issue was that the temperature was very high in the restaurant due to the lack of air conditioning.
Experienced a lovely evening at Pizzorante. Igino is always pleasant, smiling and checks that all is okay with your meal. We had a wonderful lasagne which really was very delicious and the incredible chunky chips with garlic bread. Perfect 👍
