You know when you go to a restaurant and everything you eat hits the spot? This was one of those experiences. Everything was well seasoned and full of flavour. The calamari was perfectly fried, to the point it wasn't greasy. The beef was soft, and the vegetables were well roasted. I got a generous serving of gravy, too.
The dessert was so good I could have eaten another two, even though I was pretty full. Chocolate bread and butter pudding with a rich chocolate ice cream. 10/10 and 100/100 for me with that dessert! You must check this place out if you're nearby.
Absolutely love it in here, fantastic food and drinks. Such a lovely atmosphere. Cocktails are excellent too. Great service and super friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

I was visiting from the States and got to celebrate my birthday here two weeks ago. What a beautiful restaurant! Loved the atmosphere and interior. Service was warm and welcoming and the food was delicious. They even sang happy birthday to me as they brought out my dessert with a candle on it! I tried the fried haggis, ribeye steak and had sticky toffee pudding for my birthday dessert. It was so good I kept thinking of the dessert a few days later even 😄. I highly recommend this place. Do pay a visit if you're ever in Aberdeen.

Had a lunch here with a client and the place he recommended, I was not disappointed. Service, atmosphere, menu and food all fantastic. I look forward to visiting again very soon.
We had dinner with our family from Aberdeen. First Aberdeen experience and we loved it. Nice food, friendly service. And beautifull deserts. We will come back here one day.
A lovely lunch with the work colleagues. Everything was really good. The only thing that could be improved is the time between courses - it was about 2 hours that we spent at The Albyn, with 3 courses. Normally that’s okay, especially for an evening meal. But for a mid week lunch, I think this could have been a bit faster. Otherwise, really good.
We had a very nice three course dinner at the Albyn. Great location and interior. The food was fantastic and very local, which was important for us. Very, very friendly and attentive staff. All in all a perfect evening - five stars.

Great surprise was when two musicians arrived, and played while we were eating..
they were very good indeed.
The menu is varied, so something for all tastes..staff were also very good...
Not overly expensive, so won't leave it so long between visits.
We had a really good meal here and the veggie options were good and tasty. It was really busy when we ate there so would suggest booking ahead. There's also a nice bar area if you only want to go in for a drink. If you drive you need to park on the road , which is metered.
