The owner was incredibly nice and the food was phenomenal! We got a huge order of food and it did not disappoint. Pad Thai was delicious, curry was wonderful and not too heavy to eat. Will definitely eat here again!
Parking was easy on rosemount place next to the sainsbury’s. The staff were very good with allergies and were very reassuring. The wait for food was less 10 minutes! 😀There were options for spiciness and convert almost any dish to veggie or vegan. 🌱 The staff were lovely and the restaurant has a great atmosphere.
Nice atmosphere, great food and friendly service. Went on a quiet night so it was very peaceful. The Tom yum is probably one of the best that I’ve had in Aberdeen. We also order the prawn tempura, Pad Thai and the Jungle curry. Everything tasted really good so I will definitely be returning!
First in person visit post COVID, although we have had many deliveries in the last few years. Prices have gone up a bit, but haven't they everywhere?
As good as ever and still our favourite Thai restaurant in Aberdeen. Must visit more often!
Lively evening with a large party didn't impinge on our celebrations. Food was tasty and service excellent. Only negative was prawn toast was a bit too thick.

Lovely wee Thai restaurant. Staff very warm and helpful. Very busy on our visit. They are accommodating on the whole menu, so you can choose the heat or if you want to swap meats etc. Plenty vegan options too. Prices very reasonable. Would recommend!

Really liked this place and will definitely be back. Loved all the starters and mains except for the Sea Bass fillet which was a bit bland for my taste. Great service from the servers despite them all being young.

Tried Koi Thai out for the first time at the weekend - and what an experience it was. The new restaurant not only looks fantastic, but the food was phenomenal. So much flavour in every single dish. We enjoyed two starters a the sweet corn fritters and the dim sum which was fabulous. The sauce with the beef stir fry main was to die for and my sweet and sour prawns were just heavenly. A must try if you love Thai food. The interiors are also very lovely and finish the experience off beautifully.
We went in this evening and it was absolutely beautiful. Food was delicious and full of flavours. Got a 10 even from a very fussy husband. Service was also great. Would fully recommend.
Despite there being a rude and disrespectful customer in front of us, the staff were amazing, food served to the same high standard as always, despite it being super busy.
Staff are always so friendly and food is fresh and delicious. Never had a bad meal from here ever. Cannot recommend it enough!

My second time here. Had a very nice meal on my first visit that I took my sister and boyfriend as they enjoy Thai food. We were disappointed. Soup were bland, starters were overcooked and the curry dish wasn't what we expected. The waitress did explain what it was like but still wasn't a good experience at all.
The restaurant was busy with 2 parties so maybe that was the reason food were overcooked.
Will go back but not in a hurry.

If you were wondering whether 15 min walk from the Union Square is worth to eat in Koi Thai... YES it is! You may fell like in Thailand in this cosy palce. Great food, very kind Staff (Thai as well) , one of my best Tom Yum in this part of the World. No Tapioca 😥 Highly recommended!!! Enjoy
I love Thailand and especially the food but have never found anywhere that dose great food like being there until I when here. Amazing staff and beautiful food. I will definitely be back.
