The station is located in a nice and convenient location that allows the passengers to move around Aberdeen city easily. There are ample seating arrangements for the passengers to sit and relax. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Nice train station especially the location is perfect as it is middle of all attractive places in Aberdeen.
This station lies between a Parking area and a shopping mall (Union Square).
It's all changed now so you have to climb some stairs (you have to tap your ticket first) then there's a brand new "tunnel" leading you to the shops which includes WHSmith and Union Square. It's not that hard to navigate, but I'm not quite sure what the point of the upgrade was
Helpful staff and much friendlier than other Scotrail station staff. Good layout and we'll signed. It is attached to Union Square Shopping Centre which is great for those waiting for another train. Nicely restored 'Victorian era' Rail station with modern amenities.
Nice station in a convenient location with plenty of seating and a nearby mall with a decent food court to buy food. My train was on time. I enjoyed traveling with ScotRail.
This seems to be a bit on the small size of a station compared to the other big cities in Scotland.It is situated right in the centre of the city and has the Union Square shopping centre next door.There is pick up and drop of points plus a taxi rank,There is a ticket office,barriers and a train time
Very good train connections south and very good connections to Inverness. Now part of Union Square shopping centre. The railway station is spacious and plenty selections for something to eat or for a quick coffee/tea. Just watch the walking suface on a wet day it can be slippy.
Massive thank you to the lady on the gate line. I had been on a badly delayed train, and forgot to retain my ticket for my compensation claim. She cheerfully unlocked the automatic barrier, and searched through the tickets till she found mine! Top Customer Service!
Station is undergoing renovations at the moment but kept well clean and maintained . Staff are helpful.
At present, it is a.building site, but the Staff make up for the lack of facilities by being extremely helpful. The member of staff sweeping the stairs took my case and carried it for me, which set the standard for the rest of my experience .
