I would like to thank your wonderful staff for being helpful & honest human beings.... I lost my brand new phone in your store today. Doing my shopping with my three children in tow isn't always an easy task and it's easy to misplace my head. However your free fruit always helps a little.
After running round in a panic looking for it your staff found it and returned it within five minutes. Any one of them could have easily not bothered or kept it for themselves, but instead they returned it and even helped amuse the kids....

Had coffee & cake which was lovely. Served by a young gentleman who was working on his own, there was a queue but he kept calm & spent time with each customer & made sure the drinks were not rushed and made properly. He deserves credit as not everyone takes the time to do it properly, i would rather wait to have nice service & drink rather than being sub-standard. I always have had good exeperience in this cafe, however only ever been for coffee, so cannot comment on the meals.
Not a real cafe as such as it's just part of Tescos, but I enjoy the big breakfast, and the coffee is really good too.

Exceptionally good breakfast, full of quality items and cooked to perfection. And at a decent price too. Staff very friendly and will bring items to table on request. Cafe kept clean and tidy. Highly recommended

Staff is very professional and friendly and the menu is quite good. At noon it wasn't so busy.
Visited Tesco cafe today for lunch, colleagues were pleasant enough, food was brought to table and was hot, chips slightly overdone, but overall nothing to worry about.
Tesco cafe was brilliant with friendly staff and got a good deal on surf washing powder
