Nice pub which is great for watching things such as football and other sports with a large amount of big TVs. The only downside would be a small selection of beers were available when I last went.

A lovely looking and beautifully restored Edwardian pub. Good selection of beers. It's quite small and cosy. Staff are good. The bar manager dealt very well with the students who were around who were too drunk to be served. Close to the University, it's good to see that everyone can coexist in the bar. I imagine it's quieter during the week. Sports on TV and support for Aberdeen F.C. Worth a visit.

One of the best bars in Aberdeen. All the staff and customers are so friendly and welcoming. So nice to see a place which has such a lovely mix of students and locals who all get along so well. If you are a student, from Aberdeen or just visiting the Red Lion needs to be on your visiting list!

A home borne of social legends. Coming from the deepest south, we were shown a place and friendship by Euan, Sarah and crew, with multiple pints of recognition. Grateful for the faith restored in humanity. Pop in! Liberation shall ensue๐Ÿ˜Š

Good old fashioned pub. Struggling as it has changed hands recently. Close to Pittodrie but when the Dons move it may be the death knell. I hope not as I have been having a refreshment there for 40 + years. I think it struggling due to changing demographics. Not many students can afford to drink now and there are many locals whose beliefs deny them alcohol. Strange as the word alcohol is Arabic!

Freindly historical bar. Great atmospheric ceiling complete with rampant lions painted in red. I coudnt begin to describe the rest of the ceiling. Amazing drinks selection for a pub outside the city center. Some craft beer and lager. The usual favourites too Tennants guiness and i think even mcewans export on tap. They have a decent sized screen fro folks to watch sport. Juke box and a darts area complete with a big diveder so the darts cant bounce off the board and land in somones pint. They even sell chocolate behid the bar tunnocks tea cakes ive never seen that before. Its a cosy wee local pub with friendly locals and is dog friendly.

Really great. Much better than the Bobbin, which is awful. P.s. I am a customer, not staff. Up the Cromwell Reds. ๐Ÿ”ดโšช๏ธ๐Ÿ”ดโšช๏ธ
