It was really hard to get a good takeaway pizza in Aberdeen but after ordering from AJ's I now have a favourite. I have heard great reviews about AJ's from friends and work colleagues so felt it was time to try them. Being round at a friends house we opted for the party deal which gives you two - 14" pizzas, chicken strips, garlic bread, potato wedges with cheese and two cans of juice all for £36.99.
Only downside was waiting over an hour for delivery but it was well worth the wait in the end. We ordered the four cheese and meat feast pizza and it is one of the best pizzas I have tasted in a while, not forgetting about all the sides we got too. It was a banquet of food for all 4 of us and we still struggled to finish it. Really good value if you opt for a deal but pizzas are a little pricey on there own but well worth every penny.
Can't wait to try AJ's again, best pizza in Aberdeen!
Went in past on my way home and the pizza was so good will definitely be back it wasn't doughy it was nice and crisp and full of flavour
Overall was great pizza! Ingredients were fresh and delicious 😋 love mozzarella just felt like it was a very thick mozzarella but that's just preference! First time order and will be going back again. Recommended to anyone who's looking for a change 💙 p.s got a free brownie with order😁

Most of the reviews here looked too good to be true. But this truly is the best pizza in Aberdeen. If you are like me and enjoy a thin-crusted pizza, rich on toppings and with heaps of cheese, you will love this one. The vegetarian one was a bit greasy, but taste-wise the best veggie pizza I've ever had! And we got some chocolate sweets as a bonus. Thank you so much, we'll be back!
This place is without a doubt the best pizza place in Aberdeen. I came here as a student; I stayed here for AJ's. The staff are so friendly and eager to please. The pizzas? Perfection. The crust is perfect, brushed with olive oil, the toppings so artfully placed. The cheese? Not too stringy, not too oily, boy does it sit right. I once ordered two pizzas and they accidentally put olives on one that I didn't want olives on. Don't get me wrong, I love my olives, but sometimes you just want a pizza without olives, you feel me? Anyway, I called them up about it, and within 15 minutes they had delivered a replacement pizza, free of charge, with no qualms. These are the sorts of people who make me not hate people. Please never change, AJ's.
I will never go anywhere else. Both their pizza and their pasta is head and shoulders above any other place in Aberdeen. You will be happy with anything you choose from the menu and the customer service is top notch. One time on a busy evening their was a minor error with my order and they went way overboard to correct the mistake. Never regret ordering from AJs, highly recommend you give them a go if you're looking for a new pizza and pasta place.
This is my go to pizza delivery in Aberdeen. I absolutely love the Arugula and Mozzarella pizza and the fact that I can actually adapt it to fit my taste perfectly (bye-bye peppers). They also have a really good crust (space for improvement: stuffed crust) and as a pizza crust person, I do have quite high standards regarding the pizza crust.
I must also add that I can't praise enough the team that worked on the 14th December 2020 in the evening (I'm early, I know) - I had a special dietary request and they went above and beyond to help me, truly amazing (if any of the bosses are reading, that team deserves a bonus for being so amazing!).
I really wouldn't be praising AJs that much if they didn't deserve it and they truly do! Tasty pizza and kind staff, best combo!
A&J's is simply the best pizza in town! I've tried couple of times ordering from different places but always came back to A&J's. Friendly staff, original recipes, great prices and deals. Ordered over 30 times already from here and never regretted! Even my one misplaced order was re-delivered to me swiftly after simply calling them. Great customer service! If you want pizza in Aberdeen, you should be getting A&J's!
Great prices, and easy to order as the website is easy to follow. Staff are friendly and efficient, and the food is excellent quality. Happy to say best pizza I've had in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Also I've noticed the introduction of vegan cheese, which is helpful for accounting for people who are vegan or lactose intolerant.
