After searching for a new place to try afternoon tea we came across Bev’s on social media.
After looking through all of the amazing photos we thought we must give it a try!

The food lived up to the reviews I read before booking. Bev was so gracious and kind when I embarrassingly realised I had only booked for five people. She quickly arranged two more platters, which is no mean feat as Bev makes everything from scratch. Thanks Bev for such a lovely afternoon lunch and
You really should give it a try! The food is amazing, the owners are kind and they take time to speak with you. And most important: prices are also good!! You have a homemade quality at the same price of poor quality in a fast food chain restaurants. They also propose a take away service

Ordered an afternoon tea for my Birthday. We received a variety of quiche, pork pies, scotch eggs and finger sandwiches , also did a gluten and dairy free option for my mum and not to mention the cakes for afters. Compact and bijou dining area, but huge plaudits for the food. Great venue for a simple cup of excellent coffee, and a fantastic choice of freshly prepared meals. Must make special mention of the amazing strawberry tarts, they are to die for 👍.
We ordered a celebration meal for my wifes birthday and from the starters through to the deserts the meal was superb.
Great care was taken to prepare the food in a way that made the process of collection easy and then to cook /re heat once home if required.

Ordered an afternoon tea as a treat for mum's birthday. Ordered on 4th Jan for delivery 5th Jan not knowing if it was too short notice but it was fine. Delivered half an hour early, lovely fresh ingredients, super tasty and will definitely use again. Very impressed.
