The room was very comfortable but the down side was that it wasn't serviced properly. Our bed wasn't made or the room vacuumed the whole stay, even though we were told this would happen. I did speak to the management and a resolution occurred but it shouldn't have happened. Be aware it is not ri
Nicely located just 10 minutes walking from the city centre lies The Ferryhill house, with brown cafe, restaurant, white chambers and a nice breakfast. We have had the chamber just up to the front entrance. Room was fine; spacy, nice bed and bathroom. Noise outside the room can be a bit noisy.
Went for breakfast, really enjoyed our meal. The outdoor area is great too! Could benefit from having a screen for matches in the summer outside but all great apart from that.
Spacious room and bathroom with rain shower! Very clean. Only the bed could be a little bit bigger although it was already bigger than the ones we had before in other Scottish accommodations. ;-)
Staff was really friendly. Take the pancakes with maple and fruits for breakfast! It’s perfect!!! :-)

Our second stay in two years and as enjoyable as the last time. Charming hotel and staff. Not only one of the best hotels we stayed in on our 2 week trip but ALSO the best value for money- and breakfast! I left a jacket behind and they could not have been more helpful sorting its return. Quiet, pea
Traditional tasty food, able to seat a fairly large party on a Friday evening with only a couple days notice. The kitchen did forget one of our meals but they gave us money off the bill as a result.
If you're looking for a tasty meal, great service and a fantastic beer garden but also something for the kids then get yourself down to the Ferryhill House Hotel. Whether it's a casual drink and lunch with friends a big family occasion or corporate day out the team will cater for all. Its brilliant.
Room was fantastic. The duty manager was great, but I arri ed very late in the night so was happy to have a drink and go to bed, breakfast was included it was to hot in the room for me to eat so I eat outside and it was pleasant outside on the tables and quiet
Nice meals for around £20 pp. A good feed. Nice place if you fancy a decent meal and a nice glass of red with family and friends also good for a date.
We did not live in it, but we ate coffee in it and asked for cakes to be honest. The staff was very helpful, despite the crowds, hospitable, and the cup was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. I recommend it
It's a great place to go and sit outside on a nice day. Apparently the food is very good, and the staff who I talked to were very nice. Can't comment on the room's. Recommended

We got a big room, bed was comfy, modern bathroom but with a bad odur and a door which squeaks. Old windows where you can feel the cold air. Food was delicious. Breakfast and dinner, both were great.
Excellent lunch service and food was delicious. Spoilt for veggie options. If you're a sports fan, lots of screens to view at all angles
This local pub restaurant was a very good experience with excellent selection, food and service. I wos very happy and would definitely come back again.
