Had a lovely meal here with my daughter before an event at teca. She had macaroni cheese and I had gammon steak. Best gammon steak I've had in years!
Staff very friendly and helpful, food delicious and very good value.
After a long journey up from Manchester, checked into my digs. Neded a pint and some food. Got a lovely pint of Madri and a Balmoral burger for just under £20. Gotta say it was well worth it. Food was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were helpful. Met a couple of the locals who were very friendly

Lovely wee Pub. FOOD IS AMAZING. When I visited it was packed really busy staff were racing around sweat dripping off them yet the food was still top notch just because they were busy their standards didnt slip. Staff were nice attentive. Only down side was it was boiling!!! Hot summers day outside
