In Aberdeen from Sydney Australia for a quick 2 day visit to catch up with family. I was asked if I would like to go to The Grill for a wee dram (or two or three). Walked in and was handed a Malt Whisky menu. A MENU FFS!!! So I had a canapés Then an entree Followed by the main course Then for desert I did na have a cheese plate It was a lovely Glenfarclas 30 yo 60% Wow! What a fantastic place for a wee dram or two or three 👍

Was mad busy on a Friday evening, great atmosphere. Big whisky range of mainly the "big names" but if you can get to the bar at a quiet time imagine there's some rarer ones! 5 Scottish cask beers too, all round a great pub.

Amazing dedicated whisky bar. Around 300 excellent bottles of mostly lesser known, local whiskies, competently recommended and served. Although it is very conveniently located on the city's main street, it is simultaneously rather secluded and does not try to draw in casual tourists, so you can have your dram surrounded by the locals, fellow whisky aficionados, and some interesting history. The place to go for whisky experience in Aberdeen.

Historic bar with an eclectic mix of customers, welcoming staff. You won't find many of these types of bars left (great historic interior) so they need to be frequented and enjoyed while we have them.

Great pub with extremely friendly staff and a great selection of whiskies and cask ales! Beautiful decor as well. Only 4/5 stars because towards the back of the bar it smells a little too much like the men’s room next to it!

From out of town… loved it, authentic place for whiskies and drinks. Great whisky flights. Heritage, mahogany interior. Service at the bar was amazing, bartenders know their bottles and give expert advice. Really fell in love with this place and came back another night. I wish you guys all the best and hope to be back one day.

Great historic pub on Union Street in Aberdeen city centre. Friendly locals and nice bar staff. I'm not a whisky drinker but I've never seen such a wide selection of scotch whisky in all my travels. Nice Guinness
